¡Día internacional del Taco!
Here are some facts, because Taco is a Mexican food:
- Hard shell Tacos are NOT TACOS. Those are tostadas and there’s a big difference between both.
- A Taco always is prepared in the moment, except for Tacos de canasta or tacos Dorados.
- The best tacos are the ones made with a tortilla that was handmade.
- Tacos al pastor is always a pleasure to have.
- A good taquero always has at least three salsas.
- You haven’t eat a good taco if you haven’t eat them standing in the middle of the street.
- Always eat them with soda, your stomach will thank you.
